Google Play & Apple App Store Data Safety - Delete Your Data & Close Your Account
We're here to help you with your request to delete your Mobee - Secret Shopping App account and all associated data. For security, we need a confirmation of your email address and Bee ID/UserID (located in your account tab in the app).
Steps:
Please email our user support team (support@getmobee.com) with the following three items to confirm the deletion:
- email address
- Bee ID/UserID
- the last mission you completed and/or the last reward your redeemed.
Once we have your confirmation, we'll process your request and send you another email confirming the change.
