Controlling Your Data

You can review, modify or delete your Personal Information through the Service by logging into your account and visiting your account settings. You authorize us to use and disclose any new or modified information that you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You agree that modified or deleted information that you have previously chosen to provide us may be retained as set forth below. Please remember, if we have already disclosed some of your Personal Information to third parties, we cannot access that Personal Information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures.

Upon your request by contacting us directly at support@getmobee.com, we will close your account. You may request the deletion of some or all of your Personal Information by contacting us directly at support@getmobee.com.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may need to retain your Personal Information to complete any transactions that you initiated prior to requesting a modification or deletion thereto.  Further, we may retain your Personal Information to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our EULA, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
