Why didn't I receive my referral bonus yet?

Referral points are awarded when the person who used your referral code completes their first mission and it is approved.

You may have not received referral bonus points yet if:

• The person you referred did not successfully enter your code in when they created an account
• The person you referred has not completed a mission at a store location
• The person you referred completed his or her first mission but it is pending or was refused

Your referral code is on the bottom of the left-hand menu of the app. It's a four-digit letter/number combination unique to you. A new user can enter your code when signing up for Mobee. Once that user completes their first mission at a store and receives validation for it, you'll both receive bonus points!
