What do I do if the app crashes while I am in the middle of the mission?
If the app crashes, lags, or fails when you are in the middle of the mission, please restart the app while you are still at the location.
You will be prompted that you have an incomplete mission and asked if you would like to submit it. Go ahead and submit it while you are still at the mission location.
If the mission is still available at the location and you are not prompted to submit an incomplete mission, please re-complete the mission while you are still at the location. Please make sure to take the correct photos and answer the questions to the best of your ability.
If real-time questions are involved in the mission (like questions asking you to time specific parts of the experience or service) please answer them to the best of your ability. Please leave our team any notes in the final free response question.
Please remember that we may not be able to provide full or partial credit for the mission(s) at a location, if we don’t receive the answers submitted through the mission in the app. It is up to the validation team’s discretion.
