What do I do if the network connection isn't strong?
If the network connection is not strong you may experience a loading (spinning) wheel, an error notification, or trouble opening and/or submitting your mission. If you notice that the app is hung up for more than five minutes, we recommend that you close the app.
If you force-quit the app during a mission and reopen Mobee shortly after, you will be asked if you’d like to finish your incomplete mission.* This will attempt to resubmit the mission after a network connection has been reestablished.
If you are in a location with poor service in general, you will be prompted to save the mission for later. You will have 60 minutes to locate better service and submit your mission. If you continue to have issues, please contact us.
*Please remember that we cannot provide full or partial credit for the mission(s) at a location, if we don’t receive the answers submitted through the mission in the app.
