What do I do if my current location on the map is incorrect?
Your current location may be inaccurate if your network or location services are not connecting properly. Sometimes a network connection error can cause your location to show incorrectly.
Some troubleshooting tips that we encourage you to try are as follows:
-Log out and back into the app
-Turn Wifi off and back on
-Force quit the app. For iPhones, you can do this by double-clicking the home button and swiping up on the app. For Android phones, press the multitasking key and swipe away the app.
-Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app
-Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date
