What do I do if a store location on the map is incorrect?
Sometimes our GPS coordinates are not always exact if the location has moved or if it is inaccurately placed on the map search engines we work with (like Google Maps).
If you arrive at a store to complete a mission and you notice the location on the map is not accurate or you receive the error message “Oops! You must be at the location to complete the mission,” please let us know.
We encourage you to tell us the location and address you’re trying to access and any additional information about where it is placed so we can go in and manually fix it. If our team can verify that the pin is off and no user has completed a mission there before we will be able to update this pin.
Please remember that we cannot provide full or partial credit for the mission(s) at a location if we don’t receive your answers submitted through the mission.
