Troubleshooting tips

1. Log out and back into the app.
2. Turn WiFi off and back on.
3. Force close the app. On iOS, double click the home button and swipe up on the Mobee app. On Android, hit the multitasking button and swipe left/right the Mobee app.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app.
5. Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date.
6. You may also submit your mission via your cellular data plan if necessary.
